On March 8, 2023, the e-Future delegation headed by Chairman Li Longde held a fruitful round of roadshows in Singapore together with Azores Capital LLP.
The roadshow docked more than 20 investment institutions, including local brokerage firms, private equity funds, strategic investment institutions, family offices, etc. The delegation of e-Future introduced the future business layout and product planning of the enterprise, and the investment institutions expressed strong interest in e-Future's IPO project. After this round of roadshow, e-Future was more confident about the development opportunities of the global new energy commercial vehicle business in the overseas market, and Azores Capital LLP was even more confident about e-Future's overseas IPO. e-Future will work with Azores Capital LLP to develop an overseas IPO schedule and specific action plan to complete the overseas fundraising plan and successful listing as soon as possible.
