E-Future Motors Philippines Joins Congressional Hearing for Public Transport Electrification

E-Future Motors Philippines, together with its partner transport cooperatives, was recently invited to participate in 

a congressional hearing and consultation regarding a proposed bill that seeks to accelerate the nationwide rollout 

of electric vehicles for public transportation and identify ways the government can further support transport cooperatives.

Led by Bong Kyun Shin, the E-Future delegation included the chairpersons and representatives of PERJODA 

Transport Cooperative, PAMAQUODA Transport Cooperative, San Andres Transport Cooperative, TFSTC, and Bacoor 

Transport Cooperative.

The consultation served as an important platform for industry stakeholders to share their experiences, recommendations, 

and insights on the continued implementation of the Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) Modernization Program, particularly the 

transition to clean and sustainable electric mobility solutions.
