On September 9, 2024, the handover ceremony of 6 electric buses (with a total value of 300,000 US dollars) donated by Laos Asia Economic Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu e-future New Energy Power Technology Co., Ltd. to the Lao government was held in the Lao Prime Minister's Office.

Ma Ruihao, the executive vice president of the China Asia Economic Development Association and the chairman of the Laos Asia Economic Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Songchong Pasit, the vice minister and deputy director of the Office of the Lao Prime Minister, attended the ceremony.
